Returns/Refunds:

We stand 100% behind our product line.  If you are not happy with your item, send it back within 7 days of purchase for a full money refund. Note: The item must be in the same new condition as it was shipped. Items are subject to inspection prior to refunds to insure that the item was not damaged by the buyer.

Postal Insurance:

    Purchase of $50 or more require "Priority Shipping" plus "Postal Insurance".

International Orders:

    Due to the fact that parcels can not be tracked internationally there are no refunds on international packages that are lost by mail. We do honor returns for refunds or exchanges. If the exchange is an error on our side we will pay for the return shipping. Buyer has 48 hours after purchase to contact Precision Fly and Tackle with details on their purchase. If not, then PFT has the right to send items that are available in stock.
