* How do I pick the fly sizes that I need?

    On every item description there are sizes that are available. Once you purchase your item then send me a message with the sizes and quantity of each that you picked from what is available from the description. If you need sizes other then what is posted, then go to "Custom Flies" section of the "Gear Store". Buyer has 48 hours to message us with sizes. If not, we will then send an assortment in either size, color or both to you.

* What if I purchase a fly assortment fly box?

    Once you place an order from "Fly Rodders Heaven" for a fly assortment with fly box.  We will then send you a list of in stock trout flies for you to pick the pattern, size and quantity from. Once you pick the flies then send us an email to: [email protected] with your selection. We do ask buyers to keep the choices a minimum of 3 flies per patter per size. This will assist us on getting your order to you much faster.

Note: Due to the high demand of our flies we can not guarantee that we will always have every pattern and every size from the list emailed to the buyer. Our in stock inventory changes daily. Please note: additional patterns or sizes that can be substituted in your email. We will contact the buyer to allow for replacement substitute. If the buyer does not reply, then Fly Rodders Heaven reserves the right to substitute flies in behalf of the buyer from in stock inventory.

* What if I want to return an item for a refund?

    All items that buyers are not happy with must be returned within 7 days of purchase in the same condition/packaging that was sent. * Every item in inspected before refunds are issued.

* What if I want to exchange and item?

    If an error was made by us then we will exchange your item at our cost. In order to get an exchange the buyer must return the item received in the same new condition as received. If the product received by buyer was buyers error and  not Fly Rodders Heaven fault then the buyer is responsible for the shipping charge of the exchanged item. Again, the initial item must be returned first in new condition.
